Shots fired near Bite-Me Veeps House in Delaware..

I read with interest that last night, some shots were fired near Veep Bidens house in Delaware --  reports mentioned that apparently nobody was hit or hurt. One arrest made - they don't know if it is related....

What the report didn't tell us whether "Shot-Gun" Joltin' Joe ran out onto his balcony and started firing his shotgun in the air.......  maybe news at 11?

I guess a man's "Got to know his limitations!"
