I note today that although non-residents will never have a right to vote in Mexico or hold political office, or hold beach front property -- they can invest ==but must invest 40,000 times the DAILY minimum wage in Mexico City. 

Makes sense to me -- (if we (USA) reciprocate in a treaty) -- $200k to migrate and invest in Mexico.....

And, using Washington DC's minimum daily wage --- $3.36 Million dollars to migrate and invest in America!
BTW, wave an American Flag down there, go to jail or get deported! 

So much for all the retired Cubans, Mexicans, et al., that come to our shores for the Social Security, housing, welfare, Medicaid, etc.
