East Coast - West Coast ---- Lefty politicians are cut from the same cloth....

We are all familiar with former Maryland Gob'nor O'Malley's rain tax on citizens. When he ran out of reasonable taxing targets - he got a tax passed which citizens must pay on any rain that falls on that state.....

Now.... on the West Coast --- where they have been suffering from a historic drought and folks are encouraged to bathe together, pee together and replace their yards with gravel and their pools with rock gardens --- the Departments of Water are RAISING THE WATER RATES == because (sit down for this)  citizens are not using enough water to support the water department officials life styles and travels in the manner to which they have grown accustomed!
