A Rising Tide Floats all Boats????

I've heard this Chicagoland Community Organizer opine that if the oceans rose one foot... (a 200 year projection I guess) that it would cost the USA about $200 Billion dollars........   Let's see now - that would be about 1/5th the amount of Stimulus Money that he ran through with his cronies and partnes in crime -- and din't make a dent in the economy or job market - so I reckon we would survive. Don't you?
