The last time I heard anything about the so called "Doomsday Clock' was on January 24th when it was moved to 3 minutes till midnight because of atomic weapon arsenals AND our failure to attack the problem of global warming...
This week, at the behest of the POTUS, the Sec of State is putting Iran on the path to a nuclear weapon, answered a question put to him about it in Arabic -- "Inshallah" (Allah Willing) Now, then, I'm sure Kerry speaks fluent North Vietnamese, pidgin French and all, but answering a concerned Arab reporter on such an important question begs the question - "Why Arabic - the Iranians don't even speak it?"
And this just a couple of months of refusing to use the acronym ISIS in congressional testimony -- insisting on calling them Daesh (one who crushes something underfoot)
But what is curious - is that with all this going on - that Doomsday clock has not been reset or even mentioned --- hmmmm? I would think the world would be a slightly more dangerous place with atomic weapons buttons available to Ayatollahs, the Saudi kings, et al.... But that's just me....
