President Bubba Clinton will forever be remembered for his answer when asked the now famous questions: "Is you having sex with that intern?" -- when he answered with a pointed finger and a gleam in his eye, "That depends on what the meaning of IS,... IS!"
I now have visions Obamanation being asked pointedly; "Why did you blow off ISIS and just call them a JayVee team when you knew how dangerous they are?" And I expect his equally famous response will be; 'That depends on what your definition of ISIS,.....IS!
