without even a trial! Not even a phone call to ask for expediting this case, much less - asking for leniency.

| 1st Lt Clint Lorance, US Army |
immediately made a command decision during the fog of
war and ordered one of his snipers to neutralize what he considered to be a threat to the well-being of his men. Two Afghans, later found to be unarmed, were killed.
Clint Lorance enlisted at the age of 18, volunteered for deployment to Iraq, returned, got his Degree and then applied for and was granted a commission in the rank of 2nd Lieutenant. He was no inexperienced butter bar when this incident happened - he was on his second deployment to Afghanistan........ you know -- that little war where the enemy doesn't wear a uniform and if they throw down their guns -- can no longer be considered combatants even if they killed the man standing next to you...
What happened next could have been taken out of a chapter from Orwell’s 1984. Shortly following the incident, Lorance was stripped of his weapon and assigned a desk job. In January 2013, he was charged with murder in connection with the incident and in August 2013, a military court found him guilty of murder and sentenced to 20 years in prison!
It took more time for the Army to decide if Major Nidal Hasan could grow a beard then it took the Army to accuse, convict and sentence Lt Lorance to twenty years in prison for violating the Rules of Engagement.
Now I ask you, Partners -- If you are wearing the uniform of the United States of America and you have every reason to believe the the Commander in Chief and his Perfumed Princes in the Pentagon do NOT HAVE YOUR BACK...... how long before you'd hang it up? Despite your loyalty and patriotism.....
