The 'Pen may be mightier than the sword'....

..... But it don't beat a US Marshal armed with a handgun.. In Utah's brand new federal courthouse last week, a 230 pound, 5 foot 11 inch no-goodnik career felon and accused killer leaped up and rushed the defendant on the stand with a pen in his hand for a weapon.....  A quick draw Mcgraw Federal Marshal shot him deader'n dirt in front of the judge and jury, who I assumed stopped taking notes for the minute.

Say what you will, he sure saved the Feds and Utah a whole passel of money by taking 'pen in hand', Five bucks worth of bullets and a cremation.....
