Just a passing (brainless) thought........

I noted that Obamanation now suggests that in this time of Sequester, this period when even little kids aren't allow to tour the White House because of a shortage of funds, this austere period....

He would like Congress to appropriate $100,000,000 of our tax dollars for him to dole out to his major donors to study ............(drum roll) ..... the human brain!    

Several thoughts come to mind....

1. Haven't scientists and university science laboratories been studying the human brain for a century?

2. When he calls himself - "The Scientist in Chief", doesn't that give pause -- and cause for making his brain one of the first to be examined?

"If I only had a brain!"

3. By golly, there is a resemblance to the other famous American that needed a brain!!
