Here is a 'pop quiz' for you daily readers....

- How many of you remember when our Democratic Republic had three co-equal branches of government? Hands up now....

- How many of you remember reading in the Constitution of these United States that an international treaty was not ratified until two-thirds (super majority) of the US Senate voted in favor of such ratification. Again, hands up....

Well, apparently the EPA juggernaut bureaucracy doesn't remember either of the answers to these questions. They have apparently, arbitrarily and without treaty ratification imposed a new low sulfur content on fuel for cruise ships and tankers trading in Alaska - one of our sovereign states, last I heard.

Alaska is suing the EPA, Homeland Security, and the Secretary of State... and for good cause. Apparently the increased cost of this fuel, will cost shippers and cruise lines thousands of jobs. The fuel price in modestly projected at 8%!! Hey, don't blow off, 8% Pilgrim. That last $50 dollar fill-up could become $54 next time....

Go here for the rest of the story, then either protest to someone or bend over and grab your ankles one more time -- oh, excuse me - not one more time -- one of many more times!!
