Nanny State Judge sentences Mom for spanking....

Let me see if I have the facts straight:

A young mother spanked her child for acting up. Her loving mother-in-law calls the cops. Prosecution agreed she used no belt, and left no bruises. She is charged with 'felony injury to a child' for what the prosecutors had described as a 'pretty simple, straightforward spanking case."

The Democrat Nanny State District Judge Jose Longoria sentences Mom to five years probation with a list of 'gotta do's". Temporary custody is given to the interfering mother-in-law.

Two questions:

1. If she ever does get her kids back from the conniving mother-in-law - how will she ever maintain control - every time she raises her voice, the kids are gonna reach for the Cell-phone!!!

2. Where is the husband in all this?

He isn't even mentioned in the news report. Oooops, 'scuse me, as Peter Falk would say in his 'Columbo' role, "One more question." :

"WHO THE HELL DOES THIS DIM LIBERAL, NANNY STATE JUDGE THINK HE IS?"

Oh, never mind, I know the answer to that last one..... and so do you, Pilgrims!!
