I'm not sure what 'Hardship cases determined by HHS' are, but suspect it has something to do with contributing to Obamanation's re-election campaign or something! And maybe members of Congress?

By the way, you can also check to see if your congressional Reps signed on to the Taxpayer Protection Pledge while you are there... I was pleased to see that both of my Texas Senators have signed on, and not surprised that my left wingnut, heir to the Henry Gonzalez seat in the House, Representative Chuckie Gonzalez did not.
