If you don't live in one of these cities, count your blessings, for the minute. And if you do, you might want to listen to Barbara Corcoran's advice (embedded video), "Think ten years down the road....... are you sure you want to stay where you are instead of moving?"
I recall some banners that used to hang over the sides of bridges crossing the Southern State Parkway on Long Island as you headed West and off the Island......
