Life without Emeril Live!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apparently, the Food Network and Emeril Legasse have failed to reach agreement on a new contract and his Emeril Live program will end in early December. Say what you will, Pilgrims, but Emeril made the Food Network what it is today. Fortunately it has grown and improved, and will certainly survive this loss... but this ole' boy hopes folks remember who sparked this back channel network to become the popular channel that it is.

Millions of folks who couldn't spell "Bam", much less "Emeril's Essence" are now creating dishes they never would have thought of before. No more meat loaf, pork chops, or grilled steaks as the only options.....

The good news is that Ole' Emiril will be around for years to come.... and with all his other restaurant investments..... will still be able to afford milk on his cornflakes.
