Judicial Rope-a-dope on Labor Day Weekend...

Did you feel the one-two punch Americans took to the chin on Friday? Of all weekends of the year, Federal judges decided that the Friday of Labor Day weekend was the time to swing with an uppercut and a jab.

On Friday, the 9th Court of Appeals (yes - that most overturned of all Federal Appeals courts out on the left coast) lifted a restraining order and ordered that American highways can be open territory to a hundred trucking companies of Mexico! Yes, you read that right. Pish posh on little unresolved questions about vehicle testing, driver testing, terrorist testing. And on this Labor Day weekend, it was also a bitch-slap in the face for the Teamsters Unions of the U.S.. The guys that feed, clothe and keep this country running.
