thy to her dog Toto, when they arrived at the emerald city in the Land of Oz! Bless her heart, she wouldn't even have to be swept away by a tornado now-a-days to wonder if she had been blown out of Kansas.A confessed drug dealer in Kansas was convicted of dealing drugs and endangerment of a child because he used his young son to make the drug deliveries. The sitting judge, waived the prosecutor's recommendation for probation and sentenced the defendant to one year in jail. It seems the defendant is an illegal alien, the judge said therefore, that probation was not appropriate because the very core of probation is to not violate the law -- and an illegal alien is breaking the law every day of the year by even being in Kansas.
But apparently not to Kansas Appeals Court Judge McAnany, who overturned the lower court judge and ordered him to release the convicted drug dealer. An illegal alien may have broken the law when he entered the country, but now that he is here, he is no longer breaking the law unless he has been previously deported! ....Huh?
Wait for me Dorothy ... I am coming to Oz to join you................!
