or the victims, survivors and their families of yesterday's collapsed bridge disaster in Minneapolis... We have to wonder --- how many more? Congress will beat their chests, hold hearings and pass laws, camera seeking pols of the ilk of Conyers and Schumer will try to lay the blame at President Bush's door... but the truth be known - it could have been prevented.
