I used to watch a great British TV series called 'Yes, Prime Minister' -- which absolutely nailed the pompous Brit politicians .... but even more so -- it nailed the arrogant senior political staffers. Those gob'mint employees that stay in their job as the elected Ministers come and go.... Here is a 30 second youtube clip that describes Obamanation's foreign policy since 2008!
