Is there a TIDE rushing across America.....

Apparently in many American cities and neighborhoods, Tide soap (yes that big bottle of laundry detergent) has become a de facto replacement for currency. Gangs are robbing drug stores and grocery stores for the product - and then bartering it for heroin or methamphetamine.
