If throwing poop on each other and the masses is a sign of intelligence as reported in this finding in PhysOrg.com, it could lead to the conclusion that we have the greatest collection of intellects in the world located on both ends of Pennsylvania Avenue in Washington DC!!They have been throw'n poop on each other and us for a hundred years now.........
