Wait, that's not quite right - he was sentenced for 'lying' during the investigation - because someone else 'fessed up to the leak.
Now flash forward to yesterday, when it was disclosed that Hellary received and e-mailed (on her personal non-secure server) the name of a very active CIA agent in Libya at the time.
You ask, "What's the difference, Pecoz?" - The difference, Partners, is that Ms Clinton is being accused only of "Unauthorized Disclosure of Sensitive Information"
