I reckon you've all heard of Obamanation's proposed $3.9999 TRILLION Dollar budget?
I reckon he learned that pricing system at Walmart! Whew - at least it' s not $4 Trillion!! "Yo! China.... can we add another Half Trillion Bucks to our tab? I promise our great grandchildren will pay you back some day........." (but not on my watch)
