Poetry for the times.....

The following bit of Americana Poetry is not mine. I don't know who the author is...... but as I was reading about the hotel suites, the 'all you can eat free' cafeterias, and other amenities that the average working stiff in America does not get to enjoy --- but are being provided at their expense to the flood of illegals crossing the border... it seemed appropriate for posting..

If you find yourself offended, or think I am being racist for repeating it..... in the words of that old country song, ....."Here's a quarter, call someone who cares."

Illegal Alien's Gleeful Song

I cross border, poor and broke,
I take bus, see employment folk.
Nice man treat me good in there,
Say I need to go see welfare.
Welfare say, “You come no more,
We send you cash right to your door.”
Welfare checks, they make you wealthy,
Medicaid it keep you healthy!

Write to friends in motherland,
Tell them “you come fast as you can.”
They come in vans and smuggle in trucks,
I buy big house with welfare bucks.
They come here, we live together,
More welfare checks, make it better!
Fourteen families, they moving in,
But neighbor’s patience wearing thin.

Finally, white guy moves away,
So I buy his house, and say,
“Find more aliens for house to rent.”
And in the yard we put up tents!
Pigs and goats in front yards,
Plant the corn in run down cars.
Roosters crow in morning light,
Paint house purple, will be just right.

Send for family they just trash,
But they, too, draw more welfare cash!
Everything so very good,
And soon we own all neighborhood.
We have hobby — it called breeding,
Baby bonus keep us feeding.
Kids need dentist? Wife need pills?
We get free! We got no bills!

We no speaks English, but no one cares
Our kids get free school and family eats
for free all day there.
Breakfast, lunch no matter when, it
All free when we sign in.
Americans crazy! They work all year,
To keep welfare running for us here.
We think U.S. a damned fine place!
Too damned good for white man race.
If they no like us, they can go,
Got lots of room in Mexico.
