Note that he calls for the VIGOROUS PROSECUTION OF THE POLICE OFFICER INVOLVED, DARREN WILSON, ...... forgetting (or ignoring) that the Grand Jury hasn't even met yet, that the US Attorney General Holder, has no official capacity in such an investigation and prosecution.... and if rumors are true - that Officer Wilson is in the hospital with a fractured eye socket from being punched by this 292 pound, 6 foot 4 inch .....18 year old 'innocent' child.
