Your president decided to treat Michelle Antoinette to a special dinner at the smallest, but most expensive restaurant in DC. Called 'Minibar', it seats only twelve folks, and the meal, and the twenty dish menu - and the price is fixed.
That is, the price for tasting approximately 20 small dishes is $225,
not including tax and tip, while wine pairings will set you back $75,
$120, or $200. If we assume a mid-range $120 for wine, the total comes
to $345 per person, or $690 for two. Add in Washington’s 10 percent
restaurant dining tax and a 20 percent tip and we’re at $910.80 for
dinner.
I'm not even going to question if they were health foods, or should be served school cafeterias...... but somehow this morning, I feel a little lighter in the pocket, 'cause I don't reckon Obamanation reached his wallet and pulled out a 'Grover Cleveland' to pay for this meal himself.
Any of you recollect him and Michelle stepping out for a thousand dollar dinner during the recent campaign? Naw, I din't think so...
If they were from Arkansas instead of Chicagoland, some might think of them in the Southern white trash vernacular... but they ain't, so call 'em what you will.

I'd presume that Mz "O" was tired of possum, chittlins, etc and shamed Mr. "O" in taking her out for a real hifaluttin' dinner.
