Joe (Bite-me) Biden still among the missing.....

I mentioned last Wednesday (see below) that Joltin' Joe (he's from Scranton, y'know) Biden has been missing in action the last couple of weeks.

Don't know if Romney's announcement of Paul Ryan will bring him out of the woodwork or bury him deeper'n Jimmy Hoffa...

On the other hand, he might simply just still be chasing that ICE CREAM TRUCK!
