Latest case in point --- Federal regulations banning all incandescent bulbs which have bee proven harmless to the human skin.
The same Federal regulations demand use of CFL bulbs (them squirrelly, too bright bulbs from our good friends in China) for home and office lighting.
It turns out that an American study - conducted by Stony Brook University and published in the June issue of Photochemistry and Photobiology -- has PROVEN these CFL bulbs to be harmful to the human skin..
Harmful being the euphemism for dangerous in this instance!
Read the article for yourself..... Don't believe ole' Pecoz. Wonder if the head of the EPA or our Dear Leader hisself will come on the evening news and ask for a mulligan?
Naw - I didn't think so either .... enjoy those new bulbs. I bought a truckload of the incandescents before they disappeared from the shelves.
