NOT breaking news..........

I'll admit this isn't breaking news, but it is sufficient importance that I thought I ought to re-release it.

Many folks across the nation have been concerned about this street crossing sign out in front of a building that houses three separate schools on the Lower East Side in New York.

Apparently the principles and English teachers in those three schools walked or drove across these signs for seven months before the New York Post published a picture and brought it to their attention .... it was promptly torn up and replaced by the city work trucks....

Now if only those durned sity streat sine werkers wood uze 'spellcheck'............
