I've been seeing this picture all over the Blogosphere but wasn't going to use it until I was sure it wasn't photoshopped or mislabeled. Voila`! This morning ABC News posted and discussed it. I figure if one of the inside networks of the DNC posted it - it must be real!

Apparently sporting about in Monte Carlo, Monaco, Billy was besieged by his fans for this photo. That would be Tasha Reign and Brooklyn Lee. Both award winners for such AVN (porn Oscars) awards as 'Most Outrageous Sex Scene' as well as others.
Hmmm. I reckon the Secretary of State declined the invitation......
