Souper-Committee declares DEFEAT!!!

I was wondering why the Souper-Committee was looking so loud and proud when they declared 'DEFEAT!' and 'FAILURE' of their committee effort..........

then it occurred to me that in the NEWSPEAK of the Obamanation's Washington lexicon --- it they had been 'VICTORIOUS' and successful....

they woulda hadda 'APOLOGIZE' to the country for their success.....
