Even that last shooting at the University of Texas occurred on a campus where Concealed Carry licensed handguns are not allowed........
Do you reckon the 'gray' areas denote those areas where one must decide, when the bad guys are kicking in the front door...... whether to call #911 with it's 20 minute response time on a good day..... or reach for that 'unlicensed' 38 Special to protect the family?
