Bottom line, the 2003 thru 2007, the GOP and Bush wrote the budgets. In 2008, the Dims took over congress and wrote it. Then of course, in 2009 and 2010, the Dims had both the congress and the White House with Obamanation's lead! Voila! In the his first month, Bo and the Congress's 'stimulus bill' was $100 billion MORE THAN THE ENTIRE COST OF THE IRAQ WAR!
