Y'all remember that old legal axiom, "When the law is on your side- argue the law, when the facts are on your side - argue the facts, but when neither the law nor the facts are on your side, rant and rave and point and shout.
It would appear that the Dems and their liberal fellow travelers have decided to do just that in the Sotomayor hearings. They ain't got the facts, or the law on their side -- so sic the dogs on the decorated New Haven firefighter who's name happens to head up the lawsuit that the empathetic Latina ruled in error on. Just makes you plumb proud of those pointy toed pencil necked bigots inside the Beltway don't it.
