Some of you Pilgrims might look at this picture and think that it is ol' Diogenes looking for an honest man. You'd be wrong.
It's a sneak picture of the ghost of Ronald Reagan wandering the halls of Congress, fruitlessly looking for a Conservative -- in either party.
