.... demanding to see the Hawaiian birth certificate that proves that Obamantion was born there. It seems to Ole' Pecoz that they are simple legal requests. After all, our Constitution in this great country (that 'The One' will be swearing to protect and defend on January 20th) only lists three criteria to be eligible for this singular office; 35 years of age, a natural born American citizen, and having resided inside the United States for at least 14 years. Those seem pretty simple and clear.
So if Obamanation has a birth certificate as he claims, and there is one on file as he claims, why won't he release it and end all this wonderment? Some of the lawsuits being filed demand that such certificate of live birth in Hawaii be produced before the plaintiff's state electors vote and seat the next president. Makes sense to me -- how about you Pilgrims? Does it make sense to you?
Supposing he is sworn in as the 44th President and then a couple of months later - it turns out he was born in his Grandmother's village in Kenya..... obviously, Veep Biden would immediately become President, but ..... what happens to all of the treaties, laws, executive actions executed during those couple of months? Some scary thoughts there!
