Queen Pelosi brought a very old song to mind last night when she told Larry King.. "Yes, we'll have a vote on drilling!"

First she said she wouldn't allow an up and down vote. Then she said she would if she could tie it to an omnibus bill, then she said no - we'll adjourn for summer vacation without taking any action. Then she went home and started hearing from constituents and fellow elected Dimocrats across the country.

So now she singing out the other side of her mouth once again. But if you listened closely, she isn't going to have a clean 'up or down' vote on off shore drilling.... she's gonna tie to pumping out the Nations oil reserves and a kite tail full of other personal liberal wants. Sure hope folks keep the pressure up, 'cause one way or the other, that has to be a vote by the end of September or the drilling moratorium expires automatically.
