Still sliding down the slippery slope of Political Correctness....

I picked up my morning paper this morning and did a double take! Right there on the front page was a story headlined, "Unauthorized immigrants get a friend". The story is about some guilt ridden liberal in Boston spending his money defending 'unauthorized immigrants' from deportation.

Now, if this American who admits to making his money in old fashioned American way wants to spend it helping to destroy our good country by helping these law breakers, that's his business. I don't agree, but it's his business.

But the story is not what caused my hackles to rise --- what raised me on my toes was that new term "unauthorized immigrants"!! What the hell is that?

Apparently in Boston and in the main stream media (MSM) including my San Antonio daily rag, 'illegal aliens' have now been elevated to 'unauthorized immigrants'! Was only a few years ago, they were branded as 'wetbacks', but that term was determined to be hurtful or something. So as a nation we softened it to 'illegal aliens'.

Makes sense, not all of them came across the Rio Grande. Some drive in, some fly in, some come by ship, some cross the Canadian border.

But regardless of how they got here, the fact remains that they are here ILLEGALLY and they are non-citizen ALIENS. Jumpin' Jesus, soon the MSM will want us to call them Uninvited Guests. or American Party Crashers. Like this is all some fun and games.

Fact is, we've got more than twenty million illegal aliens, wetbacks, foreign intruders roaming across our country soaking up health care dollars, welfare dollars, crime and punishment dollars, Homeland Security dollars and are not the least concerned with the well being of this great country. They sit in our school houses, our jail houses, our public housing and they are ALIENS who are here ILLEGALLY!

They don't pay taxes, they don't assimilate, they don't become part of the great American melting pot. With the encouragement of their self appointed leaders and many weep'n Jesus liberal handwringers, they ghetto-ize themselves and increase the mosaic look of the country. Hell, Teddy Roosevelt said a hundred years ago that all immigrants must learn English and American customs - if this country is going to survive.

It's been repeated since the days of Jefferson, a country which cannot, or will not defend it's borders will not long remain a sovereign country!!!

Now just in case you are one of those guilt ridden liberals that think ole' Pecoz shouldn't have used that 'wetback' word up there, let me remind you that just a few years ago, when America's hero general, Dwight David Eisenhower was President -- we even had a government plan called "Operation Wetback" to help rid us of these folks. :http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Operation_Wetback
