'Tis better to remain silent..........

Yesterday, I questioned the House Queen - Nancy Pelosi's intelligence. I was premature in my pronouncements I fear -- 'cause danged if she didn't outdo herself once again just yesterday. She picked the day that the latest polls show Congress's approval rating at an ALL TIME LOW and ten points lower than the President's to say:

"You know, God bless him, bless his heart, president of the United States, a total failure, losing all credibility with the American people on the economy, on the war, on energy, you name the subject," Pelosi replied. She then tsk-tsked Bush for "challenging Congress when we are trying to sweep up after his mess over and over and over again."

Her dimwitted Senate counterpart - Dingy Harry -- added something brilliant like, "What she said!"

Let's see now, when the Dimocrats took over both houses of congress - banks weren't failing left and right, gasoline cost $2 a gallon, the real estate industry was sound, inflation was non-existent, and interest rates were low.

In two (very long) years, we have returned to the years of Jimmah Carter -- he told us to turn down the heat -- and now Obamanation wants us to turn off our air conditioners in July. Fifteen federal judge seats go unfilled, the house has not passed a single money bill this session (only continuing resolutions hoping to out wait Bush and for Obamanations assent to the White House) , has done not one positive thing about our energy problems.

Lord luv a duck.... the only thing worse than being stupid, is opening your mouth and removing any doubt in peoples mind about your intelligence!!
