They say a picture is worth a thousand words -- here is a satellite picture of the night scape of this planet of ours which speaks volumes. Compare the brightness of the democratic, capitalist countries of the world with the darkness of the socialist, communist and tyrant driven countries -- what a contrast........ The US is obvious, then look right to Western Europe, then skip over to Asia and see how quick Japan, South Korea and Taiwan stand out. Compare India with Afghanistan. A real eye opener....
