We all knew it was comin', we just didn't know.....

..... how soon the Clintonistas would start the movement to steal back the Florida and Michigan delagate votes they had agreed were of no account! The battle is already on the forefront, with that great Statesman Harold Ickes pullin' the plow for Ms Shrillary!

WASHINGTON (AP) - "Harold Ickes, a top adviser to Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton's campaign who voted for Democratic Party rules that stripped Michigan and Florida of their delegates, now is arguing against the very penalty he helped pass.

In a conference call Saturday, the longtime Democratic Party member contended the DNC should reconsider its tough sanctions on the two states, which held early contests in violation of party rules. He said millions of voters in Michigan and Florida would be otherwise disenfranchised - before acknowledging moments later that he had favored the sanctions."

Two thoughts come to my ole' head; is anybody surprised? And how perfect that this sleezeball two-bit politician carries the name "ickes" with him all his life! Icky seems to fit somehow. Of course you gotta remember who slips the money in his pocket.

"Clinton, speaking to reporters yesterday, said she would be willing to fight at the convention to seat delegates from Florida and Michigan. She won both states, and has instructed her supporters to vote to seat both state delegations even though the Democratic National Committee stripped them of delegates as punishment for scheduling primaries before Feb. 5.

"I'm prepared to go the distance, that's what I've always been committed to doing, that's what I will do," Clinton told reporters after a rally at the Brat Stop restaurant in this blue-collar southern Wisconsin city."
