Y'all are probably tired of hearin' Ole Pecoz rant against those Republicans that are threatening to 'sit on their hands' if the Party's presidential candidate ain't conservative enough. I decided that instead of ranting, every now and then I'll post one good reason for rethinking that tired, sulky, 'pick up my marbles and go home', logic. Here is today's. Robert Novak reported today that Obama campaign insiders are letting it 'leak' out that if Obama is elected President -- he will appoint John Edwards as his Attorney General! They are leaking this to keep support of the unions that have endorsed Obama and to encourage more to support him. Also hoping Edwards will throw his towel into Obama's corner when he finally throws it in the ring.
Can you imagine the damage that this populist, law suit happy, failed Senator could wreak on this nation if he were Attorney General? He'd make Janet Reno look like Cinderella in your rear view mirror... Actually he would do less damage as Veep!
