"Straight Talk Express" derailed .....

..... lovable, liberal ole' curmudgeon McCain, has run his Straight Talk Express right off the tracks! Known for his honesty, affability, and acerbic wit - the Maverick of the Republican Party has let panic propel prevarication past previous personal principles!

Admittedly short of the much needed economic experience for a President of this great country, McCain made some kind of pact with that little devil on his right shoulder and declared his chief opponent Mitt Romney as not only weak on military knowledge and experience, but a proponent of 'time tables' for leaving Iraq and the war on terrorism. This wasn't some casual misstatement, it was a flat out lie -- by taking words out of context, excluding whole phrases, and making up supposed quotes out of whole cloth.

The closest Romney ever came to supporting time tables was in an interview when he acknowledged that if President Bush and the Iraqi Prime Minister had some kind of private and unpublished agreement as to a schedule for turning over certain levels of Iraqi defense to the Iraqi army, that would be a good thing. Well duh!!!! That's called planning!

The Taliban and El Queda don't need a daily National Intelligence Estimate (NEI)! They only need to subscribe to the New York Times for U.S. plans and positions. Nobody in their right mind would want information regarding military deployments and redeployment plans available to leakers in State, DOD and Congress.

So, along with McCain's position on shamnesty for illegal aliens and other liberal inclinations, we can now paint him with the broad 'liar liar pants on fire' paintbrush previously reserved for the Clintons, Kerry's and Huckaberrys of the world! Tsk Tsk- what a shame for an American Patriot.....
