Hapless Floridians Still Flummoxed!

Who said the day of the "Big Lie" is over? John McCain uttered the BIG LIE over and over again regarding Mitt Romney's position on time tables in Iraq -- and despite Romney's (and the media's) protestations and playing and printing the exact verbiage of the interview in question -- Floridians ignored the facts and voted for the liar!

Is it coincidence that McCain, as in McCain-Finegold Bill which proscribes commercials using the candidates name within 30 days of an election, would wait until the WEEK before the Florida election to start his Big Lie campaign. He knew there was no way Romney could counter such a blatant lie in such a short time without a flood of commercials.
This is the same Romney who whined about Bush's folks telling lies (small L) about him in South Carolina eight years ago!

McCain knew he couldn't compete with Romney when discussing the American economy and needed the conversation returned to America's war on terrorism. Thus, the Clintonesque "Big Lie" was shouted from the roof tops. Floridians weren't hung up on their own chads this time, they were hung up on the headlines instead of the content of the articles...........
What a shame!!
