What happend to Veteran's Day pictures from Iraq and Afghanistan...?

...........Where is the good news? Ole' Pecoz was plumb proud of the coverage of Veteran's Day this last weekend in all the major media. Many pictured laying of wreaths, many mini-parades, many grizzled old WWII Vets, the usual misleading shots of homeless Vietnam Vets.... and a virtual plethora of wounded Iraq and Afghanistan vets with prominence given to those with amputated limbs...

But all this begs the question...... where were all the pictures and videos of our bright and eager active duty veterans on duty and serving in Iraq, Afghanistan and around the world? I don't recollect seeing one segment on the evening news of the positive effects of their efforts in this world wide war on terror.

Maybe I just missed 'em all! How about you..... did you see any positive military news over the weekend -- or hear one politico give one positive Veteran's Day speech about their efforts?
