Ole' Pecoz couldn't authenticate this story, but it's certainly believable and nobody denied it either.

Seems that when Katy Couric was on that CBS attempt to raise ratings boondoggle to Iraq last last week, she got to do some interviews with some actual real life soldiers and marines. Fully prepped for the job, while interviewing a large serious, taciturn sniper, Katy posed the bright - shiny question --- "What do you feel when you kill an Iraqi terrorist with that huge gun?"

I am told that the dusty, hot, unsmiling sniper just looked at her, shrugged and replied, "Just a slight recoil from the weapon Ma'am."
