Well they have done it!

When "There's a new speaker in town" Nan Pelosi and "Mr Excitement" Harry Reid rose to lead the new Congress in January -- they promised to set new standards! It's only been eight months and as you can see from the graph below - they almost have! The current congressional approval ratings have now sunk low enough to be tied with the all time low of 18%. A record low set back in 1992 when the House banking scandals broke.
I have confidence that when they return from their summer vacation and start making more mischief, they can break that long standard record and sink to the 17% rating, or lower! You go guys!!

Remember, these folks were voted into office by the educated American Public!!!
