She was speaking of Linsay Lohan, charged with drunken driving and misdemeanor cocaine charges who had just plead guilty and was being sent to the hoosegow for ONE DAY! She was charged earlier in the day with seven misdemeanor charges from two drunken driving arrests in the past four months.

Guess that's what Black, Latino and poor White kids get in the L.A. court system too?

They are sure tough on these crimes out there - Y'all recall the Paris Hilton hullabaloo when she actually had to serve 13 days for DUI, reckless driving offense occurring when her driving license was suspended because of an earlier drunken driving, reckless driving offense.

Then they threw the book at the third member of this unholy trinity of Hollywood rich little brats! Nicole Richie, staring a year in the pokey because of an earlier DUI conviction, plead guilty to DUI charges when witnesses reported her black Mercedes-Benz SUV headed THE WRONG WAY on a freeway in Burbank. The Highway Patrol found her PARKED IN a car-pool lane on the freeway! Her sentence? Ninety hours in jail! Time served? 82 minutes -- yes, you read that right... One hour, twenty-two minutes!

And Ole' Pecoz is so strung out on this that I ain't even gonna mention that whenever the L.A. cops find cocaine in their vehicles or on their persons.... it is ALWAYS in amounts of .04 grams or less - it seems .05 grams constitutes a felony! Weren't they lucky?
