Grace Valdez, a Santa Cruz, California teacher, was cited with a $300 dollar ticket for blaring her horn in the face of Police Officers - in support of an immigration rally. Yesterday, the police dismissed all charges just prior to entering court. Next time you get a ticket for blowing your horn long and loud at a corner traffic policeman stopping you - cite the Grace Valdez case... I am sure they will let you off!
