Obamanation and his magic TOTUS (Teleprompter of the US)

Yesterday we had the rare (pause for laugh here) opportunity to hear our POTUS speak on our TV screens on two occasions and two entirely separate topics.

The first presentation was the award of the Medal of Honor to LCpl Wm Kyle Carpenter of the US Marines for his bravery above and beyond the call of duty.  Reading from a written speech, His BO'ness was articulate, and only used the pronoun, 'I', about two dozen times in a dozen minutes. Referring to his authorizing the surge in Afghanistan and his many visits to Bethesda Hospital to play golf visit wounded vets.  

His second presentation of the day was made 'off teleprompter'....  explaining in 'aa', 'um', 'er', detail - his dispatch of 300 Special Forces troops to Iraq.  Digitas Daily has ably edited this historic and presidential oration. Please try to keep up...
