..... former Army Specialist Bradley Manning, now Private Chelsea Manning,serving out his/her conviction for stealing and sharing gob'mint top secret information, at Ft Leavenworth, Kansas.... has been granted permission to transfer from Army custody in Ft Leavenworth to a non-military federal prison by Chuck Hagel..... political hack currently serving as Secretary of  Defense.  

The reason? So he can become she under the knife.  

Meanwhile, back at the VA hospitals across the country, military veterans are literally dying to get in for even basic heal treatment!

Go figure!!!
